AU Club XCTF hosts optional but encouraged practices on weekdays! Practices that meet on the Letts-Anderson Quad are long distance runs, with options ranging from 3 miles to 7 miles. There are 2-3 routes per day to choose from: one will be about 3 miles and the other one or two will be greater than 3. We also have track practices on the Greenberg track which include sprint and distance options! Each week there will be an email sent with suggested workouts based on distance. It is not mandatory to attend all practices to be in the club, but we definitely hope to see you there!
